You can book accommodation online via the app for lodges, chalets, camping, and picnic sites. All bookings go through ZimParks Reservations.
• Yes, you can alter your booking after its made, your first booking alteration is free of charge. However, any further changes will incur a 15% administration fee.
• Cancellation more than 14 days before check-in: 50% refund.
• Cancellation within 14 days: no refund
• Credit/debit cards (Visa/MasterCard) and Ecocash are accepted online.
• Cash payments , ZIG, and US dollars are accepted on-site—rates are inclusive of VAT and tourism levy.
• A maximum of 2 units per client (Nyanga, Matobo and Hwange) The rest of the other parks- one lodge per client. Off peak is open to book any number of units.
Accommodation and park fees vary based on the specific park, type of facility, season, and visitor nationality. Different rates apply for local and international guests.
• Children aged 6 to 12 years are eligible for a 50% discount on the conservation fee.
• School groups benefit from discounted conservation fees.
Yes! Guests who stay for seven consecutive nights receive a 10% discount for the entire continuous stay.
For campsites, bring your own tents, bedding, lighting, cooking gear, food, drinking water, insect repellent, sun protection, and recovery gear for self-drive safaris.
Most self-catering lodges and camps are not fenced, allowing wildlife to move freely through the area. Guests are strongly advised to always exercise caution and to keep doors and windows securely closed.

• Bush camp – situated in the game park, bring camping equipment, no ablutions provided.
• Exclusive Camping sites (Mana Pools)- Situated upstream the Zambezi River, bring camping equipment, only braai area and a long drop toilet provided.
Malaria risk exists in some Zim parks, particularly in the winter, but is relatively low near tourist lodges. However, prophylactics are recommended year-round—consult your doctor

• Yes. All clients must report at Marongora to obtain an entry permit into the Zambezi Valley.
• If you are entering via Chirundu, please report at the Chirundu office for your permit.
• Visitors are advised to bring extra lighting such as lanterns or rechargeable torches.
• During the hot summer months, it’s essential to bring extra ice to keep your supplies cool.
